Yves Saint Laurent edition Bang and Olufsen BeoPlay specials
Marking Yves Saint Laurent’s unique residency in the Collette department store, Paris, are special edition BeoPlay models from B&O.
B&O and YSL have collaborated on special collector versions of three existing BeoPlay products: the BeoPlay A9 and BeoPlay P2 wireless speakers, and the BeoPlay H9 Bluetooth headphones.
B&O BeoPlay x YSL A9
The premium BeoPlay A9 (big brother to the BeoPlay A6) has been given the Saint Lauren magic.
It now is cloaked in a goes-with-everything all-black design. However, this is broken up with crocodile-embossed Cocco Matis leather on its legs, and the aluminium ring has been treated to black anodizedation.
Naturally, there is a Saint Laurent silver printed logo on the back.
Needless to say, you will be paying a premium for this. But what price fashion?
BeoPlay Saint Laurent P2 and H9
Additionally, at the more affordable end of this exclusive collection, sits the Beoplay P2.
Again, you get all-black design and a silver Saint Laurent logo on the front aluminium grill,
The Beoplay H9 with Saint Laurent wireless over-ears also feature an all-black design. However, these also boast perforated black lambskin cushions, and aluminium ear cups engraved with both brand’s logos
Price and availability
The Beoplay A9 with Saint Laurent is priced €2499 – (the regular version comes in at £1500).
The P2 is fitted with a €169 price tag.
Finally, the BeoPlay Saint Laurent H9 has a €499 asking price.
All three “collector objects” will only be available in-store and online at www.colette.fr from November 27th to December 20th.
